Alan joined the firm in 1999 having previously worked with KPMG Dublin as a tax manager and became the firm’s partner in charge of Taxation Advice in 2006.
Alan advises both clients and other professional advisors in relation to general tax planning for individuals and companies, succession planning, structuring acquisitions and disposals in a tax efficient manner, due diligence and Revenue audits.
Alan also provides corporate finance services to clients seeking to raise finance for business acquisition/expansion.
